- Account Information: Name, email address, and contact details you provide when registering.
- Usage Data: Activity logs, room/staff changes, app usage and support queries.
- Device Information: Technical info about the device/browser, OS, IP address (for security, analytics, and notifications).
- Device Tokens: Anonymous device identifiers (device tokens) required for push notifications. These tokens do not contain personal data and are deleted upon logout or app removal.
- Payment Data: All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. CiuxCall does not store or process your payment card data on its own servers.

- To send system messages, push notifications and support emails

Push Notifications & Device Tokens
CiuxCall may send push notifications to your device to notify you about new requests, messages, or important information.
These notifications require your permission, which you can revoke at any time in your device settings.
For push notifications, the app stores an anonymous "device token" linked only to your account and device. This token is deleted when you log out or uninstall the app, and is never shared with third parties.
Payments & Subscriptions

- To payment processors (Stripe) for subscription/payment management
- To service providers such as Google Cloud and Firebase for secure data storage and analytics

- All data is stored securely using Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure, which is GDPR and industry-standard compliant.
